9am Appointment for an oil change that took 2hrs. Admit they where busy, but oil change is usually 1hr in and out.

Maint shop folks were very helpful. Got my RV oil changed with fairly short notice at a reasonable price!! I was very happy. (Should clean up the hood after the work is done though)👍

Traveling thru Utah my truck began to misfire limped it on in to Ken garff mesquite Ford they diagnosed it as a coil pack found a part to fix it and we were back on the road in about 2 hrs if I could give them 10 Stars I would by the way we were towing a camper.

Great service
We broke down over the weekend towing our trailer while attempting to take vacation. We were towed to Ken Garff Mesquite Ford. The service writer there took care of us. The truck required a major repair taking approximately 25hours labor. The writer and technician made us a priority seeing that we were stranded and got us repaired and back on the road as fast as they could. The repair was done correctly and the writer worked hard to make sure the extended warranty covered the costs.
80 dollars for air filter is total bullshit!!!

Service managers are great, courteous kind, and very helpful. They get me in when I want get me out quick the buy three deal has worked great for me. I bring my vehicles down to Mesquite when we come in the in the winter and they all taken care of this is where I do all my service work thank you very much. You do a good job.
they got me right in and tried to get me out as soon as possible but they did miss a secondary problem and i had to take it back in for another day. they made it right on the labor however and i am happy with the result.

I got an oil change, and a recall fixed and asked Ford to explain why my engine light had gone on and off a few times. The oil change and recall repair was completed the same day. The next day they explained the engine light was related to the recall, and everything was good to go.
